What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments, all through PayPal.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

How much is postage within the UK, and how long will it take for my order to reach me?

Postage is charged at a flat rate of £2.95 per order, so buy as many items as you'd like and don't pay any more for postage!

All UK orders are sent via standard 1st class Royal Mail. You will be sent a dispatch email to confirm you order has left Cherry & Joy HQ.

We aim to ship your item as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 7 days from ordering for delivery of goods.

Do you accept non-UK orders?

Yes we do! International delivery costs £7.95 per order and we use the Royal Mail International Signed For service. This service requires a signature on receipt.

All items are tracked until they leave the UK and in some cases on arrival in the destination country. When the item reaches its destination country it is handed over to the local postal service for delivery through their regular registered service. A signature will be taken at the delivery address which means the item is not left unattended or posted through a letter box. If nobody is available to sign for the item, then it will be retained by the postal administration for a subsequent delivery attempt or collection by the addressee.

What should I do if my order doesn't arrive within the specified time?

If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 days, please contact us via our contact form.

What is your returns policy?

We want you to love your Cherry & Joy purchases, but if you are dissatisfied, please contact us using the contact form.

We are happy to offer a refund on the item only (not the original postage & packaging cost) provided the item is returned unworn and in its original condition, within 14 days of receipt of the order.

Any postal damage must be reported within 2 days of receipt with a full description of the damage.

Please note that the return postage of the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us. We advise that you request proof of postage from the post office when returning goods, as we cannot be held responsible for items that are broken or lost during return transit.

This return policy does not extend to earrings due to hygiene reasons.

All refunds will be processed back via the original method of payment.
